Self-Pay & Transparent Pricing

We understand that not everyone has health insurance, and we don't want that to be a barrier to care. For patients without insurance, we offer a transparent self-pay fee schedule:

$150 flat rate for an office visit with our provider

Additional à la carte services:

  • X-rays
  • EKGs
  • Point-of-care testing (such as COVID-19, flu, strep, and urine testing)

This allows you to pay only for the services you need — no surprise bills or hidden fees.

Workers' Compensation & Auto Insurance

We gladly see all workers' compensation patients and accept all auto insurance claims. Our team is experienced in handling the necessary documentation to streamline your care and coordinate with your employer or insurance adjuster.
