School Physicals – Students in grade K-12 who are starting school in Florida for the first time must present a record of a physical exam completed within the past 12 months. Sports Physicals – Students who wish to participate in interscholastic athletics mush have a pre-participation physical exam (PPE) before they can play. When attending your DOT physical exam make sure you have a completed medical examination report. You will also need to bring any documents listing medications which has been administered by a doctor in the past month.
