Our physicians are trained in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine and understand that your time is valuable and waiting at the Emergency Room for hours can be frustrating. Our physicians can treat most conditions at our clinic BUT understand when and what is SAFE to be treated as an outpatient and WHEN it is important for you to go to the ER for treatment.

We can see any aged individual from newborn to geriatrics at our clinic.

We are open weekdays from 9:00AM – 6:00PM & 9:00AM – 5:00PM on Weekends.

—  We take Original Medicare, and all forms of Medicare plans.

—  We are in contract with Freedom and Optum Medicare plans.

—  We see patients with Cigna, Humana, and United Health Care, however, these patients are considered OUT-OF-NETWORK.  Please contact your insurance carriers to find out your out-of-network rates and to determine if you have out-of-network benefits.

—  We do not take Blue Cross Blue Shied. These patients will be seen for our self pay rates, however, a itemized bill will be provided to you so that you can submit the bill to your insurance company for reimbursement.
